Just being out for 2-3 hours doing an errand and walking causes fatigue and I"m pretty much done for the day.
I think that maybe I'm just not accepting my limits because they clash with my desire to travel. Maybe I need to think of a short, closer to home trip...at least for now.
Just a thought---
Whatever you do, Make sure you have your medical info and script list up to date and easy to see, etc., all that common-sense stuff.

As for actually being there...you'll be glad you did even if you only sit in the room and relax. It would get you out of the same house you stay in all the time. You will probably have to still limit what you do each day because like you said 2-3 hours is rough at home.
I think we all struggle with worrying about things. I know I sure do.
I think I will stop off first in New York for a couple of days to adjust to jet lag and then fly to Europe and stay in a smallish city and save the big city for last. I will make detailed notes on exactly what I need to see and how I can stay near these sites. Make a detailed itinerary.
Break up trip into a. preparations b. travel. c.actually being there. c. travel back
I'm think I can be get realistic about my fatigue limits once I make detailed intinerary.
Thanks for letting me vent. It helped!
