My kids paid for it last Christmas so I need to do it before it expires. I was lucky enough to have massage therapy a few months after my accident. Massage helped me the most, it hurt so good. Sometimes was soar the next day and my trigger points hurt when she touched them, but it was for the best. I would have it done everyday if I could. I go to aqua therapy 3 days a week. That helped alot too. Good luck with school, everyone loves a massage!
I've been going to mine long enough she knows where the trigger points are and how to work on those and give me some relief.
I get better results from chiropractic care and massage therapy. Add the bonus of having a hot tub and I'm doing better than ever.
PS. psssst Dan, I have a massage table downstairs if you ever get this way and need someone to practice on.
the pain and Sick feeling that comes with massage will fade as Long as you keep up with it...it actually Detoxes you...I have been going for massages now for about 3 years...and when I first started I wanted to crawl right off the table...and he told me he was barely touching me...we had ALOT of work ahead of us...but I am So Glad I stuck with it...I don't do the trigger point massages, as they are just to painful for me...we work on an area at a time...he works around all the tender points...slowly working towards them...
try it...it may take a bit to find a Real Good Therapist that fully Understands about Fibromyalgia...but it is Definatley Worth the search !! GL to you !!
