Need to watch something inspirational. Maybe The Great Escape, LOL!
Oh, quick side note. Mr. Black Snake? He was Mrs. Our cat (and various other cat helpers) laid out five dead baby black snakes on our porch this morning. All very proud of htemselves for finishing the job. So there was a lotta tuna being handed out to tell them thanks. FlufferNutter definitely got one, she wouldn't give it up. Our cat Jack had two to his credit, he growled if we tried to take them away. LilMiss got one.
So do I feel guilty I killed a mommy nsake or glad the cats took care of the babies?! Dilemmas dilemas!
Peace na dbblessings
Cynaroarck, thanks for opening this morning. I hope you have a manageable pain day.
Have a good day MyNameIsD.
Now I have an answer to why I've been so sluggish, more pain and just YUCK. My thyroid is out of whack again. Starting higher dose in the AM. I hope it kicks in quick. This sucks. At least I know help is on the way so it's a little more tolerable. I hope everyone has a peaceful day. Hugs, Dianna
I was just reading that wasp spray will kill a snake /mice. Found this on a personal defense story of all places. The story being that wasp spray will temp. blind a person until they get the antidote at a hospital for treatment. Still have to do a snopes on that one though.
Cynaroak....glad you posted today!
My D, hope you're having a wonderful day too.
Leo, if the cats didn't get them, I would have just run the lawn mower to and from everywhere.
gr8tful...glad you at least know it's your thyroid and a remedy is at hand! Hope you bounce back soon!
Yesterday I was MIA helping my mom again. The poor thing and this fiasco with the hip surgery continues. She's slated to go in on the 12th. Infection is all gone. But this yahoo run place of a clinic/hospital is starting to grate on my nerves now.
Took her in for blood work to be sure the infection was gone as ordered by the surgeon.
No paper work. Call here call there, no orders. This is after receiving a call from the surgery organizer (On the way to the clinic) and my mom even mentioned she was driving there just then.
Then, she was advised that she needed the blood work w/in 3 days. (This means sunday, clinic is closed).
Add to the frustration that mom's blood needs to be aireated (sp) because of her bone marrow transplant. (Which they almost screwed up on her last hip surgery too).
I honestly don't trust this place to care for my mom at all! I wouldn't even expect this kind of treatment in a 3rd world country. But her surgeon is one of the best for complicated cases like my mom's. And we're stuck.
So this saga continues. Thankfully she only has 2 hips! LOL.
In other news, I've caught this contagious happy mood. And I'm thrilled about it!
Sending it onto all of you too now!
