Leg pain - just try rest your feet as much as you can. And make sure they are stretched out as much as possible, and don't sit with your legs crossed because this makes it worse.

Example - Walking is great but over doing it can be a nightmere later, finding out what your own body limits are can make all the differance.
Over use of any muscle will set off your own bodys alarms crying out for help...
It is sort of like learning to walk once again...

Heat pads, Warm Epsom salt baths..Light Massages...all good for the short term..for Right Now Relief....I wanted the Pain Gone...I wanted my Husband to be able to lay his hands on me without me Flinching Away..
Just Simply walking around in the water held my muscles in place, allowed them to relax, allowed me to strengthen them...was an AmaZing Tool my PT taught me.
