Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Go in, discuss this with ur Doc. not sure what the heck is causing that !!
I've noticed that when I have a trigger point that itches, it means it's ready to break up so I massage it as much as I can stand.
If you don't know much about the relationship between myofascial pain and trigger points, triggerpointbook.com has some good diagrams and explanations.
Keep us posted.

Just kidding. If you don't already, try some gentle stretching, whatever you can do. Breathe and relax into the stretch.
You might also try massaging or even squeezing your shoulder muscles and massaging your scalp.
My Great Aunt Amelia, whom everyone thought was crazy because she was always dying but doctors said nothing was wrong... (sound familiar?), used to go on about her "stress bumps" as she massaged her chickweed ointment onto her arms.
She made her own but you might have some luck at a health food store finding something that may provide relief for you.
