Two evenings ago my chest and both arms went numb at the same time,it only lasted about 30 sec. but it really spooked me! My arms have been bothering me a lot lately,any advice?

See your doctor. This does not sound like a "normal" Fibromyalgia symptom to me. Take care.

That sounds like a neurological issue. I concur with Fantod; you should get in with a neurologist as soon as you can to get this looked into. Very best of luck!

I agree with frustrowf... I have POTS. What you described sounds to be nuerologic. Do you have orthostatic intolerence?
