I do understand!
Keep smiling
I can only do one or two things and then I need to rest.
And I do work 32 plus hours a week and have to reserve energy for that.
I envy those with energy. I feel like the fatigue, fibro fog, pain and depression suck all of the quality out of my life.
I think that if you are surrounded by people that understand you, and your life is such that you can live up to your "life" expectations that it could be made easier. But that's a tall order.
Until than, dialogue around how to pace, eliminate or avoid those who such the life out of us, how to talk to family and others about fibro would be great.
I have learned that some will never understand, just like there are some things that I will never understand about others.
Hopefully having this illness will make us more sensitive and understanding human beings.
Husband likes being left alone I think. He's busy with his computer and FB and our dtr. who lives at home again. She is enjoying the one on one relationship with her dad that she never had before. Having left home early as an angry teen.
Be kind to yourslef, this illness steals an awful lot from us. Being your own "best friend" takes practice, but it is very healing. Love, Abby
