The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
What I did last spring (temporarily) was to taper off a couple of drugs. If you can break pills in half, that helps. Then in quarter pills, etc.
What you need to find out from the professionals is which drugs will give you a withdrawal syndrome if you do too fast a taper. Better to drag out the taper over a longer period of time than have nasty symptoms. Hope this helps.
You might want to try different meds after getting off the drugs.
I've simplified my regimen to an opioid for pain, and sleep med (trazodone). If I get really bad, I add a muscle relaxant or clonazepam (sleep). A beer in the late afternoon helps, so does medical marijuana for intractable muscle cramps.
Good luck finding what works for you. Work with your dr. I know which of my meds will cause withdrawal, which ones I can take at a lesser dose, and which ones I can take "as needed".
Educate yourself as much as you can.
