You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Another thing would be to check into home care. There may be a few options for that. Freeing up the every day housework, tasks and laundry may help.
Have hubby help make a week's worth of meals for you all and put them in the freezer.
Can your hubby take paternity leave? Maybe check into this at his work.
Is there a neighbor or relative you can get in for a couple of hours a day? Two should be going to school, which will leave two little ones still at home.
hugs.
Perhaps it might be better to advertise for some after school help from high school students to keep the kids busy in order for you to start dinner, do a couple chores and also relax a little. They pay rate is very low, especially if you allow computer time and feed them. Even if you live close to a college, advertise there also.
Good luck.
When the 7 year old comes home from school and after homework that child should be able to fold the clothes and do little jobs around the house.
The five year old is also able to do small things to help also. Like pick up toys and put them away. plus other little jobs.
If you have family around dont be afraid to ask for help.
The frozen meal idea is a great idea.
I know you seemed overwhelmed but just take it day by day and soon those kids will be older.
My partner was able to take a few days of special paid leave and is fortunate to have flexi-time which he can build up and take when I really need help.
I would also look into what help you may be able to get with your children and general house keeping chores. We have many diferent resources here in England but you do have to hunt them out, maybe your health visitor or childrens nurse could help you find some??
I also second the advice to get meds from your dr,I personally could not cope with my everyday life and 5 children without my meds.
Sleep is also VERY,VERY important hun,
I hope that you get things sorted soon hun, keep us posted??
