I've been through many tests a couple of times over all to be advised twice by cardiologists that I have what is called PVC's . Premature Ventricle Contractions.
Based on my own research on info out there. Everyone has them. But only a select few people 'feel' them.
What it means is that our hearts mis-fire. And those who feel them is when it happens in the lower ventricles where blood starts to pool instantly. The heart then needs to create a larger 'pump' so to speak to get it all pushed out.
But sweetie, when it comes to your heart, my advice is to get into the doctor. And even though we may have similar experiences, that doesn't mean it's the same thing.
Plus, if you go in, you too can be comforted by knowing what is truly going on with your own body vs just wondering.
Many of us have said this before, we are not doctors/medical professionals here, but merely people sharing our experiences and support.
Also, another thing I came across when researching the heart & fibro online was that there is not a muscle/organ in your body that fibro will not leave alone. Fibro has been documented to be the cause of many problems. It can cause flare ups everywhere. Even effecting your vision temporarily.
After my experience with all of this, I have a new respect for fibro. Do yourself a favor and go into the doctor. You can also have other conditions that coexist with fibro. And wouldn't you want to know?
I go for a complete physical next week and don't worry I was definitely going to mention it. My oldest sister died of a massive heart attack at the age of 34. It was from a heart defect that runs in our family. My heart is not something I would ignore. I have had it checked before because I have a heart murmur, but I didn't even know I had that. This I can definitely feel.
Walking regularly really helps my heart squeezing and pounding to level out, so for me, I need to keep on a regular walking schedule.
As others have said, you really do need to see a cardiologist to get checked, especially with your family history. Better safe than sorry so make sure to get this done.
Feel better and have a great day.
