Does anyone suffer from extreme head pressure and ringing of the ears all the time? I'm so tired of it makes it so hard to get sleep and I wake up with it all night long

I do but it's not super bad yet, it's just annoying right now. I get head pressure and randomly throughout the day my ears will start ringing. I don't know what it's from, fibro or something else.

Yes, my ears ring a lot & pop also. I get stabbing pain in my ears. I run a fan at night so that I can sleep. The hum of the fan covers up the ringing in my ears.

Rybio, have you been checked for sinus infection, or did you have one that never really cleared out? I would suggest going to the doctor to check your ears, throat and nose. The pains and pressure that you describe matches this. Be careful and get it checked out, the sooner, the better to avoid lasting damage.

Hey yall. I took a hiatus from ds for a couple of weeks or more. I thought I was going to just leave ds because it's been so slow. I have been journaling in a notebook but since I don't carry it with me, it's been inconvenient. So I apologize if I caused anyone to worry about my absence but I'm back and will be updating my journals again as I have time :)
