sorry for your day! But, your post made me laugh as I was picturing you running around all day and at the end of it there was no cannoli!
Hope you can get your MIL to use a pottychair next to the bed tonight, lol!
I ve had similar horrible days where stress , FM pain and in-laws cross paths :
Hubby announced that his mother was staying with us, TWO days before going on our vacation. Despite horrible fatigue and pain, I had to arrange for all the pets to be cared for, pack our travel trailer, clean out the fridge, organize meals, etc. As well as drive MIL for shopping trip, and give up comfy bed because MIL needed it.....Aaaarghhhhh!
How about this one: On Christmas day, hubby casually mentions that his sister is coming over for Boxing day. What??? This was at 8pm, I had to work the next day, and NOTHING WAS CLEANED UP......Who does that, we all know that especially over the holidays you need some time to prepare for guests! So I told him to start vacuuming right now, and because of that, his family calls me the cleaning NAZI !
Hope I made you laugh, it was a long time ago when I was still able to work, sigh....
Amiradora, we have a night light in the bathroom that's right across the hall from her bedroom, and gently suggested one for the bedroom, but she said she can't sleep with light in the room. Oh , irony. Ha ha. I like the tennis ball idea, and think we'll employ it tonight.
Thank you for the suggestions!
