Mind you, I also eat to comfort myself...so that may explain alot!
I'm changing my eating and we'll see how that works!
I'm trying to cut out all sugar and flour (HA) - will let ya'll know if that changes anything.
I hate it as it took me a good while to get down to a lovely size and whamo here I am again having to buy big girl clothes,I do walk and I have done the eating properly etc......As if FM isn't more than enough to cope with huh WE ARE SO LUCKY.......(NOT!!)
Since hubby had his gastric bypass last year, I just eat what he eats and I've lost more than 15 lbs - back down to my Weight Watchers goal from years ago, and still dropping. I eat pretty much anything I want, any time I want, but I can't eat more than a few bites of anything now so I don't eat MUCH of anything.
I know part of my problem is the inactivity due to pain and the fact that I have a sweet tooth/carb craving that kicks into high gear during a flare.
I'd really like to get things under control because it's such an added burden...literally and figuratively.
