Maybe someone else has some positive info.
It said that you feel worse at first and then get better....my personal experience was that it was HELL!! My pain and fatigue went from debillitating to paralyzing and I was bedridden for a year. I tried to do exactly as it said and after one month, gave up.
I don't know if it has worked for others, but it was horrible for me.
Let me explain. For me, Guifenesin, turns into energy. The more energy I have the less pain I have. Which is usually our double edge sword. Low energy - increased pain levels.
I typically take this intermittently to help with my fatigue spells.
Doesn't always do the trick, but there are days where it's like taking a 4hr energy pill.
Wish I could do the chemical breakdown for you, but I can't. I just know it works for me. And I'm thrilled that there is something I can take as my list of "can't takes" is longer than tomorrow!
