Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Sorry it's so hard for you. I hope you can find ways to help out and spend time without wearing yourself out too much.
Sometimes we have to do the things that mean the most to us and just accept that we will pay later.
Enjoy...they grow up quickly!
The fibro me I had to learn to love. I learned to love her because I discovered I actually had perseverance, and strength in the face of unconquerable odds. And I love her because she became the little engine that could, and continues to maximize joy. Fibro has helped me shift focus to my character and inner strengths.
We find acceptance of our condition because acceptance is the doorway to getting on with being the best we can be. We are now like mountain climbers- just making it through a day requires a lot of courage and strength and determination. It also requires technique.
Living w/ fibro should be an Olympic event.
Then I try to help out for a week, make some frozen foods and go back to my own home and rest, rest and rest some more.
I still have moments of missing all the activities I did preFM and it has been four years, just comes with being human.
