I had a good day. My mom in law came down from the little town she lives in that is 75 miles north of Seattle for a doctors appointment. Picked me up and we went to the mall to visit before she went to the appointment. She has parkinsons so we are both on the slow side so we just meandered up the mall and got lunch and meandered back. Took us about an two hours to do the whole excursion. Most exciting thing though is that I bought some socks with a Chihuahua that looks like my little baby PJ. Exciting huh!! Then she had a appointment at a Naturopath (sp?). Asked me to come in with her to make sure she caught everything that she said. And to get an extra pair of ears to hear what was said so we could compare notes after the appointment. lol Told her not sure how much help I was going to be with the fog, but figured with her fog and mine we had one whole brain between us. I always enjoy being with Jeanette. We laugh and have a good time.
Bad part of the day is I am still extremely sore and now I am totally wiped out. I've only been sleeping about 2 to 3 hours a night and I missed my nap. I finally broke down and called to see if I can get into see my doc. Not going to be much good for the holiday, if I don't get some sleep and relief from pain soon. I didn't want to do this but can't handle the ibuprofen anymore. And it's not cutting it. Still waiting for them to call back. Hopefuly I can get in.
I remember the time when I could go to the mall for two hours and hit every store, or most of them, and not eve bat an eye. But now I rarely go to the mall anymore. It seems like it is overwhelming now. Too much noise and top much going on.
So a good and bad day. lol

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I've been taking AmbienCr which has solved my sleeping problem (for now). Maybe you can get something to help you sleep? I hope so.. Take care. soft hugs, Deb
Good for you for getting out and doing something for yourself.
Have you tried the Melatonin for sleeping? I take it every night and it works wonders.
I also decided to start taking some kind of drug and chose Voltoren. So far, so good. No dizziness, grogginess or weirdness on it. I also take a herbal mix that contains magnesium, malic acid and celadrin. My doc agreed to let me take 3 Voltoren a day, so I won't have that highs and lows like I've been getting.
