I remember reading somewhere with fibro, our vision is affected, like with the temporary blurry thing. Also, certain medications can mess with your vision. When I took cymbalta I couldn't see straight the entire few months I took it.
I tried Cymbalta for a couple of weeks and it made my eyes 10 times worse. My pupils were so dilated that I couldn't read a thing and I got so dizzy when I stood up.
I know I need to go to an eye doctor but I don't want to explain the whole fibro vision thing. Do you think that eye doctors are aware of this?
Consider that you may have cronic dry eyes - mine got so dry at one time that they made my vision blurry. I used drops and it took months to get them back to something like "normal."
Dry eyes are a side effect of a lot of meds, as well as a side effect of chronic dehydration (I NEVER drink enough water). It's an "easy" fix but not a quick one.
My opthalmologist said my corneas looked like the dessert on that skin care commercial with the lizard.

When I was young, say in my mid twenties, every six months my eyes would get 50% worse! I ended 20/200 or thereabouts. I have also read that fibromyalgic's eyes tend to get worse faster than most normal people's eyes.
