You can get flushing with that. You can Get red and a hot feeling.
I can get flushed after a shower. And I don't have ultra hot showers. my face seems to get a blotchy red afterwards.
Different change in temperature can cause me to flush especially the heat. Can make me feel faint too. Going from cold outside into a hot building. During The summer I often get flushed. And it's not that my face has been exposed to the sun. It's just the heat. Doesn't agree with me.
It's Not often I get flushed for no reason but I do occasionally and it's the weirdest thing. I could be just sitting there and my face feels like it's gone hot. I usually suspect it's something I ate. And It's not menopause. not yet.
I'm Not sure if it's a fibro thing or it's just a thing anyone can get sometimes.
Often have bouts of nausea and dizziness.
Not a lot of effort is needed to make me blush, but that's a different story.....
