I have had flares do the same some for a couple days others for weeks , I pray yours lasts only a few days. Love and prayer isabee
Just like with everything else w/ fibro, flare length is not predictable.
In a way it's existential, we must live in the moment because we don't know if tomorrow we'll be better or worse.
Love that we can come here and discuss it. Abby
Abotsd, I really like your comment "we must live in the moment b/c we don't know if tomorrow will be better or worse" I think that's true of life w/ or w/o fibro.
Bon, most of my flares have lasted several days. The only exception I can remember was when I weaned off my antidepressant, Zoloft, and that flare lasted for weeks, maybe even several months.
Sometimes, if the flare is really bad, I will feel a lot better but, for a few days after the flare, I can't do more than a coupe of minutes of activity before I start feeling worse again.
I hope you feel better soon!
