Since 1/6 and I'm still in it. Been out of the house twice since then. I can't sleep. 3-5 hrs. a day or night max. The longer I can't function, the more my chronic back pain increases. I wonder, too. Does anyone know if this is a progressive disease? Is it only going to get worse??? BLEH!!
I guess that is probably what it is. I've just never been in such a bad flare for so long before. Thanks Isabel
Power overpaid I hope your flare lets up soon. I have two teenagers so I have been forced out of the house. It's really hard being a mom and be in a flare and my dh is not home to help:(
Luckily for me, I did not have a major flare from 1999 through 2005 (7 years) - just the daily pain & all. Flared up at the start of 2006 & it lasted until July of 2007. Then a short remission for the remainder of the year.
Boom, another flare at the start of 2008 - STILL IN IT! Hoping that the next remission is just around the corner.
I am also one who can no longer than any prescription meds - they all drive me bonkers. That even makes the flares worse.
Good luck to you. Hope improvement is right around the corner for you. It would feel good to feel close to normal again.
