this may sound crazy, but i hear everyone talking about fibro flares, and i feel like i never have a flare, i am always in a flare, i never have a good day, i hurt constantly even with 2 lortabs a day 1 in morn, and 1 in eve, i can't even do household duties, and forget the thought of work, i haven't been able to work for a year, but i mean it is like i can do one thing a day, if i do any laundry that's it forget supper, or if i fix breakfast, eat alot, because that is it, does anyone else have this everyday like i do, or am i just a whimp?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
the way fibro is for you. I have constant pain. It never goes away, but sometimes it is less severe than other times. Meds definitely help, and you should certainly talk to your dr. to see if he/she can give you something that works better for you. For me, it's a trade off, I'd rather have the pain than take more or stronger meds. In my case, I don't have to do anything I don't feel up to, but for someone who has to do certain things, that's not an option. I don't really have an answer, just that you are not alone. I understand, I feel your pain, and I offer whatever support I can give. Soft hugs
to me we are simply at the other end of the penalum.....most people feel good and get sick once in awhile......we are sick and only feel good once in awhile...

No, you are not a whimp. You are in what I called the extended stay flare. I was like that (my longest) 4 months non stop. I came out of my long flare and after a week of "feeling" normal and babying myself to scared to move in case it would happen again I decided to use my weed eater ya....I won't be touching that possessed thing ever again....sent me into a huge flare....I am so sorry you are in a constant pain whirlwind! I know its frustrating and I wish I could say something to make it better.
Gentle Hugs
