Gives new meaning to.. no pain, no gain, I guess.

Some of our Pain is actually from lack of Movement...the More you Hurt, the slower you get, the MORE You Hurt..I Know this First hand..and you can Spiral down fairly Quickly..
However...8 hours Everyday seems a bit much...even for the Healthiest of Peoples...
I do 5-30 minutes several times a Day...mostly out of Fear I was going to develope a blood clot as I cannot take the Plavix..and Moving Lots helps keep Blood pumping good & Strong..
I am now in the best shape I have been in, in Over a Decade..
Not cured...not by a Long shot..but Compared to where I was...I am MUCH better..
and I make it Fun, or make it Relaxing...Decided to take care of me First so I am Better able to Help others..and it has Paid off !!
Gentle hugs, Sherrall
this fibro crap had me so fucked up when i was still active duty! i would shake and then my muscles would give out, and that was only during push ups! there's NO WAY the work out can last 8 hrs!!! and don't even get me started on flares AFTERWARDS.
i think that this woman that did the pain boot camp thing either was mis-dx or her fibro isn't that bad at all. but i'm leaning towards mis-dx.
HONESTLY, before ever getting fibro (and especially when i was still a Marine) i really DID believe in "no pain, no gain"!! but during my last year active duty when fibro was let out of it's horrid cage, that statement was only a joke to me. seriously here.... after fibro set in, that statement was all BULL SHIT. i couldn't believe that i allowed to be brain washed into thinking "no pain, no gain" ever applied.
