First off, Happy (belated) Mothers day to all you fibro moms. I need help. My husband and I have been causually trying to concieve. (Not using protection, but leaving it up to God). Anyway, yesterday, I started to get a pain in my back on my left side ( I know I have a kidney stone there). Which over the course of an hour got worse and worse. I thought it was my kidney stone letting loose, but something was different (I've had two prior). It got pretty intense, then all of a sudden started moving around to my abdomen and down to my pelvis. Then the back pain was gone and I had what felt like menstrual cramps. Then I felt the urge to go to the bathroom (really strong urges) and when I went and wiped there was just a tinge of pink (just once). Ever since, the cramping slowly went away, I started peeing more often, hungrier, and feeling bloated. This morning I felt some neasua that seemed to settle down after drinking some water.
What I'm wondering is was that possibly implantation bleeding and cramping?? Could the fibro have made it feel worse than it normally would have been? Sorry this is so long.

But I 'knew' when we conceived all 3 times. Just that momma intuition.
As for the spotting & pains. I would definitely talk with either your gyno/ob or primary doc. Urge to urinate makes me wonder if it wasn't something to do with your kidneys. You don't feel that urge to urinate when you are pregnant until your last trimester or unless your increasing your fluid intake.
