Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet

Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well enough to get through the holidays! I came across an article today in my Mindbodygreen email that is praising a new book called the Bone Broth Diet. Supposedly drinking bone broth or being on this diet will in 21 days help with thyroid, leaky gut, joints, reduces inflammation, helps you loose weight and helps fight wrinkles! LOL I went to Barns and Nobles to look through it but it was out of stock with 12 already on order for customers. I ordered one too :)
Anyone else hear of this book or doctor or kind of diet and what did you think?

I use bone broth and did not buy a book. An asian friend shared with me why most Asians always have broth on the stove, for natural collegan. Boil bones with a little vinegar to draw out the minerals and it helps joints and bones. I mainly use it for osteoporosis.

There is a major league football team that my daughter in law's parents sell their organic chicken broth to. ......they do pretty good so it must be worthwhile.
