Hi there
For the last 3 days, I have gone on some sort of crazed cleaning/laundry/shopping spree. Its like once I start I have to get things done or I can't relax
I know once I stop and the adrenaline wears off I will feel awful and then beat my self up for being so stupid.
Any one else get like this, its so frustrating, I was never like this when I was well and then it would not of mattered cause I have the energy
The thing is if I was going to cause myself a crash you think at least I would have done something enjoyable :(
Thanks in advance

Yes, Luna, I know exactly what you mean. Those few and far-between times that I feel good with lots of energy are always spent working hard and fast on my list of things that need to be done. And I always crash hard after a day or two. The good thing is that even when I hurt and feel awful after one of these energy spurts, it feels so good to have some of those to-do items checked off my list. I think a lot of us probably do overdo it during those high-energy times even though we know we're supposed to pace ourselves.

Much as I try hard to pace myself, I do often end up going on a tear like you describe. Stupid, but there you have it. Once I get started, I just don't want to stop because I know that, when I do, that will be IT! Hence my difficulty with pacing.

You are not alone. We are called people with type A personalities and we don't know how to sit still, even when we know we should. The minute I feel good, I go crazy and of course I then pay for it later. But some things just never change.!! HUgs GB

Oooh my garden is killing me! I love eating fresh, orgainc food, but I do end up paying for every trip out. Even when I try and pace myself, I sometimes end up overdoing it. Hope you feel better soon!!

I do the same thing and I feel stupid as we'll for pushing myself. I have a one year old son, and a nanny of three other children so I don't have much of a choice things need to get done. It usually takes me a few days to recover from pushing myself.

Sweetie I go through that a lot. if I am feeling okay I try to get every thing done then I will crash and burn ones I am done.
