I assume this is the fibromyalgia. I just had TMJ surgery which I'm hoping may help.
It can just be a part of fibromyalgia, so just take it easy.
Recently, if I move my eyes or head quick I get a brief period of dizziness. It feels like I will tip over.
I hope the vertigo goes away soon. It isn't good on our other joints when we list!
I have prednisone for my autoimmune disease, and it really helps! That tells me that inflammation plays a part in it. I hope you get to feeling better very soon. I know how awful it is. I've read that there are some exercises you can do that involve hanging your head over the side if the bed. It somehow changes crystals in your inner ear. You might google that and see.
Interesting was during the vertigo episodes my usual fibro pain eased up. As soon as the vertigo ceased to be a problem my usual pain came back.
I guess it's all about trading one pain for another.
