As I wanted "official" info I kept looking. I found this tidbit waaaaaaay down in the source, it seems in after-marketing of the medicine there were reports of:
"General Disorders and Administration Site ConditionsFrequent: asthenia; Infrequent: edema, feeling abnormal, feeling hot and/or cold, feeling jittery, influenza-like illness, malaise, rigors, and thirst."

I am not surprised at the 40 - 49 age being worse but I can't help but wonder if peri menopause may have impacted those numbers. I don't sleep well at all. Don't know if this helps at all. Good luck on the Cymbalta.
Have a great day.
I've had a hysterectomy, no longer taken hormone replacement so I get hot flashes, sweating. Some nights I wake up in a sweat. I live in Central Florida so most months its like hot, humid summer. The A/C helps, I try to limit my use of the fibro Rx, also I sleep on large, long cotton beach towel, have small beach towel on my pillow. The towels seem to help soak up my sweat. I wash the towels in white vinegar to get them clean, fresh smelling.
What helped me besides watching my use of my fibro Rx, to drink cooled, chilled bottled water, limit my time in the heat, humidity, don't exercise to feeling over-heated.
