Hi, just venting a little bit here. My dr (rheumatologist) upped my Lyrica to 75 mgs 3 times daily. Not sure about that yet. Definitely gaining weight. :P I've been doing pretty well pain-wise until this past weekend, which turned much colder and now it's raining. Now I ache everywhere. Started over the weekend. The costochondritis is bad right now. I find myself breathing more shallow so it doesn't hurt so much. Yesterday I went to physical/water therapy. The instructor said that all of her fibro patients were complaining of pain being increased because of the weather. I never realized it so much before except in high humidity when my neck hurts more, but I guess that's what I'm experiencing now.
So now I understand better when I see you all talking about the weather and it's effects on fibro.

That said, I find once we're into winter, life is lovely.... I live in the South, however, so.... Summer is tough on me when it's hot and humid, but winters down here are cakewalks compared to where I grew up in the Frozen White Wild.
