I have Chronic Foot Pain..
For One I have Plantar Fascitis...it IS Treatable..
I also have RSD in my Right Foot...if I do not Stimulate the nerves in my last 2 toes the Pain is the same as if someone were Holding FIRE to my last 2 toes..
With the Plantar Fascitis you Must Walk on your feet and do so Correctly, OR that Pain will remain Bad, and go on to effect Every area up ur legs, to your Hips and Lower back..slowly working its way up because you are walking Off center..this was a Lesson I Learned and Learned Quickly..and was Amazed to Feel the Pain simply back off as soon as I started walking correctly once again..but if you do Not, who knows what damage is being done..Bursitis, Tendonitis in your Hips ? yea, I caught on early and am Ever Thankful I did.
It is Still Painful every morning, or if I have sat to long watching a Movie, doing books, but I step down, Grit my teeth, and walk as straight as Possible..and Poof...the Pain starts to receded..
Tendons, Muscles, Fascia ALL Tighten up within us when you have FM...it is VITAL you keep that stuff as LOOSE as you can...thru Therapies...this is a Forever thing..all the Medsd in the world are Not going to Stop it...you must Physically do the Work..
the most painful when you wake up in the morning and stand to walk.
That is how I knew what it was. It took me ONE YEAR to get rid of it. You are always prone to get it back too. What a bummer. Again, like Dakota Rose, if you are sitting too long and then get up, that's when it really hurts.
I hope you feel better.
Funny thing is, my rheumatologist prescribed 150 mg twice a day for fibromyalgia and both issues are well under control nowadays.
I require no narcotics. They never worked for this pain.
Hope you find a solution. Very painful.
This keeps me from being able to go to the store or the park or anywhere. It puts a real damper on my life because I'm unable to get out and do things that I want to do.
