I was at my myotherapists office yesterday and picked up a brochure on Scenar/Enar Therapy - it seems really intersting and worth a try. I've never heard of it mentioned here before, but wondering if anyone has ever tried it.
If so, what were your results.
I would imagine it's something that would make you feel worse at first, after reading the information online - but I could live with that if I thought it had a good chance of improving me longer term.

I had to look these up. It looks like Enar is for personal use and Scenar is for commercial?

I've been trying to find a reference to this, as I think it's the therapy that a member was promoting and if so it's not a good thing because that member was...well let's just say a few beers short of a six pack.

Anybody remember Dougclean?

The DailyStrenth search feature won't work for me today - if anybody else can get it to work, search either scenar or Dougclean - I just wanted to see if it was the thing he was talking about but can't get the search to work.

Other than that I know nothing about it - what kind of info did you get from the literature you picked up?

I am in process of checking out Scenar it is offered at my local private hospital. I just stumbled upon it and also would love to hear anything others who have tried it say to stop/ help reduce pain. Thanks

so its a tens & bio-feed back into one! right i have both & do hook them up if i tense a muscle a loud beeping goes off so i have to try 7 release the muscle w/ my mind to make the noise spot & the inferenal tens give a low frequincy to releive pain & help me o relax muscles both together can also cause fatique if used to much!
anybody know how much itis! & if insurance will pay for it!
