I was down to only my epilepsy meds for years working that way. If not for PTSD? Who knows. But y goal is back to fewest meds possible, and at 45 (20 years with fibro, 25 with epilepsy).... My liver and kidney and similar panels always come back in healthy range so far, thank God. (I had a very bad fall in 2011, and my lower spine and pelvis are scarred for good. So I do know about "more freaking pills". I only take a PRN relaxant for muscles for that now. Nothing worked anyway. And I got dx'd with PTSD and here I am on *those* meds. Ugh.)
Yeah. I know. No magic diet cures or pills. Sleep. Manage the stress. Gentle exercise. Healthy diet. Maybe your doc can recommend a nutritionist or something, help you specify for your needs?
I am so sorry you've got to face so much. It's never easy. Like I said, it's trial and error for each of us.
My hubby loves juice cleanses (he takes no meds but does them anyway), but I will say, double check that with docs in case of interactions. A loto f juice cocktails have things that might interfere with some meds (grapefruit, kale, etc.)
Luck and blessing!
Best wishes....
