Hi everyone-my name is Kathy, and this is my first post at your site. I have 2 kids, 24 and 30. I have fibro, lupus, breast cancer (in partial remission), and a new disease called eosinophilic granuloma. Anyway, I recently lost my job of 10 years because of memory and concentration problems (there was a lot of politics, too, I think). Anyway, I worked really hard not to be out often-I once got written up (my final writted warning) because I got sick one week, and then 2 weeks later, had to take another day off. But now my family doc. and I decided I should have neurocognative testing, to see exactly what my deficits are. I believe the problems stem from the fibro. and lupus. Both have cognative issues with them. I was just wondering if there was anyone who has had these tests, and what was involved. Thanks for your help. Kathy

Welcome! I wish I could tell you that I have been through this testing, but I think these are the only tests I have not had! Best wishes and I pray that you get the answers you need!

I am sorry that you are having to go through all of this. I haven't had those tests done, but what you are describing sounds very much like fibro issues.
