This is my first time on this discussion board however I have been on the chronic fatigue message board. I don't think my doc has it right with that I think it's more fibromyalgia since all of the tender points are spot on. I have a lot of health issues besides that. Disc degeneration disease in my back, hip dysplasia, asthma, migraines, anxiety and depression. How I've been running a fever since August and get these awful does in my mouth. I hurt all over. My knees and elbows have been hurting bad and the shin pain goodness. I'm always exhausted. I work full-time and have always prided myself on my hard work but lately I get my words need up and can't remember anything. I drink a lot of caffeine or I fall asleep while people are talking to me. On the weekends it seems all I do is sleep and I'm getting so frustrated. Did I mention I'm only 30 years old. I have lost my life to whatever is going on. In the past year it has become something I can't fight against. My doc is sending me to a infectious diseases doctor which I see Tuesday. I have a feeling I will hear again I'm sorry I can't help you. I have a very high tolerance for pain since its been 10 years of chronic pain and I've had issues sleeping since I was little it's a family trait. So for it to get this bad where I'm seeking help its really bad. I don't know how much longer I can do this. Sorry this is so long.

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

The first thing that comes to mind based on your description is Behcet's which is a pretty rare autoimmune disorder. I know someone
who has it.
It is also possible have both CFS and Fibromyalgia. The sores in your mouth could also be Lichen Planus. I'm not a doctor but these are things that should be ruled out. A fever is probably more common with CFS than Fibromyalgia. I'm not a doctor, just offering some suggestions based on your post.
You need to have biopsies done on the mouth sores. Find a board certified dermatologist and get them done. Tell them that you are looking to rule out Behcets and Lichen Planus to start.
You should have a sleep study done. See if that can identify what is going on with your sleep cycle. Without restorative sleep your pain levels are going to be through the roof. Get this test done ASAP.
Have you seen a board certified rheumatologist with an interest in Fibromyalgia? Call your local hospital and ask for the physician referral service. See if they have anyone on staff that has an interest in complex rheumatology disorders. Is there a university hospital that you could travel to for examination? Sometimes, they are better suited for this type of situation.
These are pretty basic suggestions which I hope will give you a starting point. Good luck to you and take care.
I do understand where you're coming from with the fatigue. I have a difficult time even sitting down anymore because I fall asleep almost immediately! Please let me know what the infectious disease doctor wants to do. I have also been suggested to one of those, but am not really clear why.
