Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
The best advice I can give is be gentle with yourself.
This is a hard thing to accept. It is harder to get others to accept.
Know your limits. Know when to say NO and when to stop.
It is so hard to accept that this is going to be the way it is. But it is.
Sleep when you can. Eat well. Drink water. Exercise a little each day if possible. Swimming would be great.
Know that you have limits, find them.
We all know how hard it is.
Hugs

Any suggestions for staying afloat :-/
I don't know where you are hurting but maybe some pain cream, lidocaine patch, comfortable shoes or talk to your doctor if you need med adjustment?
Just yesterday I discovered something that is helping with my pain more than any medicine I have tried. It's called "Badger Balm Sore Joint Rub.". It's all natural and amazing! They make a milder sore muscle rub too. Check it out at www.badgerbalm.com
I was really skeptical but the balm has a warming effect and was really nice!
