Have your Vitamin D3 levels checked.
Good luck
My doc and I have discussed my trying out something like an attention deficit drug to help w/ fog etc. but he is concerned about back lash inertia and increased anxiety. Right now he is letting me be a bit of a caffeine queen, just to try and have a few hours of alertness.
In my case all my blood work is fine.
So what can we do? Please let us know if your doc has any good suggestions.
Is anyone here taking Aderal?
If I feel rested, it's so unusual I feel practically manic!
D is right, tho', get the bloodwork. My GP checks me regularly evne tho' my levels are normal just in case something is "hiding", since it doesn't always show up first or third tests.
My rheum gave me Ritalin to take a while back, but.it didn't really seem to help. All it did was increase my heart rate and raise my blood pressure (it's normally low...something like 100/60 and it was nearly at the pre-hypertension level).
Hope your appt goes well and that the dr has something useful for you to try.
