Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
I find what helps with those type symptoms are an epsom salt bath, anti inflammatory, antihistamine, flushing your system with water, getting a massage if you can tolerate it, and then checking with your doctor to see what medicine he /she might recommend to help with the daily pain. Find a good Rheumatologist or MD or Integrated Medicine Doc that really knows and sympathizes with fibromyalgia.
Also, educate yourself, so you can be kinder gentler to yourself while you live with fibro and learn to adjust and make like better. Some recommend Fibro for Dummies as a book. I found many on Amazon that helped me as well. ....especially when I thought I was going mad with these type of "ghost" symptoms!!
Good luck, God Bless,
JP
