I just posted this with my RA support group as well as here. I need all the support I can get. I have no ins. so the soonest I can see a pain doctor I can afford is Oct. 26th. I thought that would be ok but I see to be having a full blown flare up of what I think is RA and Fibro. My feet fill like they are shattord and I don't what I can do.
What are your options?
PCP? Urgent care? Emergency?
Not doing anything is not an option.
Doctors Care around here sees Fibro but doesn't prescribe pain meds. makes no since. I don't know what PCP is and do I go to the ER with fibro and RA? What do I tell them and what can they do?
I don't know what reflexology is also having a bad day with hands feeling like they wannt to lock up on me, my knees are hurting and my cogn.. I want even try to say but whatever means my means of communicating is not doing good .

I have trouble with my feet as well. My mother who may or may not have had FM (I suspect she did), was to the point with pain in her feet that she could hardly walk and we thought she would end up in a wheelchair by Christmas of that year. In October she started to go for reflexology treatments on her feet. Within about 2 appointments she noticed improvement. After the series of 10 she was practically cured. She still had some pain from varicose veins in her ankles but she was able to walk again without the burning searing broken feeling pain in her feet.
