I feel when my Fibro is worse on cold, foggy days. I was in San Francisco, CA for a period of two weeks and during those two weeks 12 days out of 14 were cold days when I had to dress in jeans, sweatshirts just to keep warm and also wear winter pj's, and put my sleeping bag (Travasak) on the winter side up. Does anyone else feel this?

I can't stand damp and rainy days. I moved from BC to Saskatchewan due to BC being a rain forest. I am much better Fibro-wise but get worse when we have a thunder, lightning and rain storm out here. I also can't tolerate the -40 cold too well. :(

lDampness...humidity...rain...stress...are triggers. Arizona warmth felt good. New England...well...very similar to San Francisco. mlb

You get cold down to your bones,,,,,,,,,,brrrrr. Cant wait to see some sunshine, been raining and cool here for weeks. Arthritis and fibro both are showing out when it gets this way.
