i think that with proper foreplay a womans body will be lubricated enough to not feel too tight or uncomfortable. however, that being said lubrication can be a problem for some.
Some women also don't "lubricate" well depending on meds, or hormones etc.

I am VERY blessed to have an amazing lover. He takes his time and I am always lubricated,. But I have not had a baby and my vaginal muscles are very strong. So sometimes the foreplay leads orgasms that make my muscles contract and if he happens to enter just then, it hurts a bit as its like a muscle pull.
Also, he is big and I am small and even with lubrication, sometimes I need him to enter very slow at first and just let my insides relax and be ready for it.
Its always great, and like everything about making love, communication communication communication helps. But I have NO complaints. My man is unreal in bed. Sorry to brag, but the truth is the truth.
also certain medications will dry you up.
i agree with all of you i had sexual abuse as a teen. plus my husband is big!lol it's hit or miss if it hurts!! if my mind is in the right place to recieve then it's no problems... but if there is any window in my head to say 'it's gonna hurt, or am i lubricated enough' then it's hurting and we have to take a bit mre time!! and i know it's not my husbands fault he's great... just a mental state on my part.... unfortunately for good reason!!
