I think if your mind is not in it, or you are desperate to feel that sensation of an orgasam...it can take a lot lot longer to reach it, even with toys. I think women are bit different to men as in they have to really be in the mood for it to happen, plus is there any kinda rules as to whats right or wrong in how long it takes for you to come?? In respects to using toys little roughly, i find myself doing so too....i dont stop and think to myself 'my god is this normal, should i be doing this so hard' sometimes to get that right spot have to be a little heavy handed as such. Just as long as not causing yourself any kind of pain, i personally believe thats alright. you may find other times your really sensitive and using toys gently is enough to get you off.....there are no rules for masturbation, its a personal, private thing....and if its provding what you need then keep doing what works for you.
As for that rush when about to see him come.....to me there is absoluetly nothing more a turn on than seeing a guy come, find it such a turn on, such a rush of pleasure in myself for seeing it.....and yes feeling a guy come inside you again is one those fairly incrediably feelings.....but one to be shared with someone you trust, and with other contraception if having children isnt on the cards for you yet.
