Hi names Sharon, I'm 27 and have 5 kids. I have been in 2 serious relationships, my last on lasted 7 years but it was a nightmare, it was very violent and used to cheat alot well have one night stands behind my bck. I hardly had sex with him. my skin crawls when some one tries to touch me no matter how atracted I am to someone. My partner who I am with now I love and have been with for 5 years. I'm always pushing him away when it comes to sex and I do it then with no enjoyment. Its ruining my relashionships :[ What do I do who will want a women who hates sex

It could be possible for these bad feelings to be replaced with good positive feelings. If he is willing to go through what may be a long wait for sex. If you knew that his touch was not going to lead to sex, could you let him touch you? Start simple. Kiss on the cheek and maybe hand holding forever how long it takes to let him touch more. With you in control of how much and what he can touch, you will feel differently about this relationship and sex. Let him know what feels good. In turn, you must give good touches back that both of you agree is ok during no sex time. I hope this is helpful. (((HUGS)))

You have a discomfort when anyone touches you? Or only your partner because you believe it's going to lead to sex? Is it the idea of sex or physical contact in general that disturbs you?

Sorry if it's not my place to comment but I hope contemplating these questions may give you more insight!

Hey Sharon. I am only 17 so it may sound ridiculous for me to give you advice but I went through a lot of therapy for sexual abuse so I can understand how you feel. Have you had conversations with your partner about this? I think something that would be helpful that I did was just refrain from all contact unless I was initiating it. I didn't do this in a relationship but with friends and family. It was hard for them but after a while I started to crave the contact. You work your way up. you can caress the other person, put their hand on you. Just moderate it and work your way up comfortably. Don't have sex just to have sex. But also don't not have sex at all because you don't enjoy it. Treat it like it is new. Try to be aware while you're being intimate. Think about how to feel and what you are thinking.

Do you have a history of sexual abuse? Are you on anti-depressants? These both can be a factor.
I was on anti-depressants for 1-2 years and now I am off... I am also off hormonal birth control. And now my sex drive is like 3x higher than it was.
