I did a porn free search for you and came up with some risk factors that mainly include STD's. You can take a look here

I didn't see much in terms of 'plumbing', but more than likely the bladder infection is from "cross contamination" for a lack of better terms. If you're going to engage in anal sex, only do so after having Vaginal sex. If you're going to do it after, take the time to clean up with some soap, to avoid those issues.
Some other tips that people have shared with me include enemas or 'cleaners'. You can get rid of the junk in the plumbing, to eliminate any issues in that department (no pun intended).
I think that with any other concern, your partner should be comfortable with your limits. If that is your limit, then be firm about it and share that with him. If you are willing to go that route with him, make sure to use lots of lubrication and make sure that you truly do enjoy it. Sex with your partner should be fun, not stressful! I think that being open and honest is the best way to convey that wish. :) Good luck!

I am so happy for her, and I hope you two can reach some common grounds as well. I hope you can find love and passionate intimacy after losing someone that close to you.
I have one friend (female) who I know enjoys that type of sex with her husband and she did mention enemas etc. I told her that seems like a lot of trouble to me since I want nothing to do with it in the first place. How common is it I wonder? he is 10 years younger than me and he acts like he has never met anyone b4 , who did not do it.He is really nice and understanding about other things and actually I have less pain than with my late husband, (other than the anal sex)I have very bad arthritis and so I am no spring chicken. Now to what the second reply mentioned about the hemmorhoids......that is interesting. I do have those and wondered if it would get worse so to hear it can get better is a surprise. Also my Mother died from colon cancer at about the age I am now, and I think there is a part of me that wonders if that ups the risk . Anyway , blessings to you both. Much appreciated. And very respectful !
Keep pack of baby wipes in night stand.
Yeast is an std. To keep woman from freaking, and men advoiding them. men are carriers, it doesn't effect them. the government had to get the mass to accept it as norm.
So public accept it as nothing more than an infection that just inconveinant.
The mad packer could simply change condom. but even then I would still use baby wipes on his balls n my hinny and area between the anis n vag.
I think I just searched for anal sex risks or education... something to that effect. Don't just write anal sex, because then you will get some porn. And honestly, it doesn't matter if it is common or not- if you are not comfortable with it, then that is where you draw the line. He should accept that. If he doesn't then it may be time to reconsider who you are with! But on a lighter note... honest conversation typically helps! Try that.
I started at 29, cuz SO MANY MEN LOVE AND WANT IT, even prefer to vaginal sex, its Sick!!!!!
I finally broke down and started doing it to please my boyfriend, and actually ended up liking it, but then we ended up just doing that all the time, and normal sex went out the window.
I was so so clean about it to. Never went from anal to vaginal, took showers after eash session, enemas, etc. I finally figured out that's what caused my illness, so please, please, stop doing, don't listen to men, their idiots.
Its condemned in the Bible for a reason.
Good luck
Take me for example, not only do I not like anal sex, I also don't like vaginal sex. You might be thinking, oh my gosh, she's lost because every man wants vaginal sex. But it isn't so. I love oral sex and I found and eventually married a man who also loves oral sex. We have very good sex together.
