I am recently separated from a 14 year marriage and finding that being alone is not so bad at times. Sure, I'm certainly lonely but have discovered so much about myself during the past 5 months. I guess what I'm trying to say is that "loneliness by choice" has its benefits, but "undesired loneliness" can be extremely painful and frustrating.
As far as I'm concerned, I think this relationship is taking a big toll out of me.
I'm thinking about leaving her :(
