The foods that I eat to TRY and help keep my enzymes down do avoid sugars except for honey. The following foods help a ton with inflammation control and keeping enzymes lower: Green veggies, salads, lemons, garlic, pumpkin seeds, beets, carrots, fiber foods, grapefruit, basil & black pepper, turmeric/curcumin, and most important - papaya fruit and seeds. Naturally, talk to your doctor before eating ANY foods to make sure the foods are safe for you, and do not interact with any medications that you are taking.

Typical breakfasts would include scrambled eggs with meat or veggies, cottage cheese, yogurt & a low sugar fruit like berries.
Best of luck to you!
