GGT should be around 24/28.... mine was 1040 so ...panreatitius and or gall stones most likely but i have the same pain. almost like a sharp hunger pain in one spot and then add the other gas and aching pains...like a lump that needs to be taken out or like someone stuck a knife in your side and its just sitting there... it sucks... no one understands. hope you get better though take care
