is thius fatty liver pain

i was dignosed with a fatty liver about 3 years ago, for the last month my right side had been hurting more and more.i cant lay on my right side because the pain is so bad and when i get up in the morning the pain is screming at me and feeling nausea. is this normal for a fatty liver or could it be something else.
Im going in for blood work tomarow but since i dont have insurance i cant get the ultra sound that she wants me to get.

i have the same thing alot of the time... i have a fatty liver... but i have also had to get my gallbladder out and my dr is pretty sure i have chronic pancreatitis...which is hard to find unless your having an attack. but thats where my pain is from so get him to check you clood...look for high ggt (liver enzyme) its gamma glutamate...something.. lol, but it shows more broad spectrum gastrointestinal rather than just liver. (check that too of course)
GGT should be around 24/28.... mine was 1040 so ...panreatitius and or gall stones most likely but i have the same pain. almost like a sharp hunger pain in one spot and then add the other gas and aching pains...like a lump that needs to be taken out or like someone stuck a knife in your side and its just sitting there... it sucks... no one understands. hope you get better though take care
