My pops, my brother, and I have the fatty liver. They don't drink but I use to be a heavy drinker for 15 years. I had completely forgotten about it because of the div. I think this might be common in latinos and our fatty, bad oil food diet we eat up here.
How are the Omega fish working for you. I tried them but I seemed to get really sleepy in the afternoon.

I think the omegas are working good.. I notice that I do not feel as inflammed (anywhere) anymore... It is supposed to help with that. I also am off antibiotics and try to pump myself up with grapefruit juice (supposed to be good for liver); I dunno I want another liver panel done (bloodwork) to check my elevated levels.. hoping they went down... everyone says it is common to have fatty liver, especially like you say, in Latinos....

Fatty liver is common in fat people. Extracts are recommended- milk thistle, dandelion,artichoke and others -turmeric is one, I think...And a strict diet, to my regret...
