If you watch your diet then that is always helpful. You are fortunate there is no fatigue/tired at this point. I do not have the bad fatigue yet. I will throw up without warning sometimes, so I always carry a plastic bag.

I had avoid medications also I have low tolerance to them.
My diet is always health ,very upsetting but I read that non alcoholic fatty liver is common only that people do not know till they have tests.
Really I do not know what to change.
