Be watching blood sugars and blood pressures. Ask the doctor about kidneys since chronic kidney disease and fatty liver go together. Drink plenty of water. Ask the doctor about a low sodium diet. Keep your eGFR kidney scores above 60. Watch creatinine and BUN/creatinine scores on a regular basis. Keep in mind that liver, spleen, pancreas, gallbladder and kidneys work in sync. Fatty liver is not just a one organ issue.
The tiredness is on and off again over time. Just because lab work looks good for now does not mean the fatty liver is not progressing. Do see the gastroenterologist periodically to check blood work. Do tell the doctor about your daily twinge of pain. Gallbladder can also cause daily pains and that should be considered too.
