So I've been with my spouse. The better part of 9 years now. And all of a sudden she told me that I'm not doing enough around the house. Even though she's a home all day long after the fact that I work 40 hours a week doing demolition work in asbestos in the past couple of months she's been
I'm nagging me every single day i'm at the point where I don't know what to do. She is lied to meet 3 × 2 my face. The first time saying that it was just the ants that the nephew wanted over for his birthday of which I said, sure no problem. Then, the second time she tries to exclude me from Easter dinner. By telling me it's because I smell like cigarette. But then at the end of her family group text, she said, oh by the way, I told him that it's because he smelled like smoke and throughout the entire group text, they're laughing about me. And my relationship with my spouse. So I'm trying to figure out what I should be doing next. What steps I should take to try to either resolve the issue or be done with it

I accidentally deleted a journal entry that I wish I hadn't. Is there any way to get it back?

Did we miss Wednesday? 'Cause I Know it's Thursday today!Maybe something wonderful will happen today. Maybe you'll learn something new today! Maybe you'll just see something awesome.Either way, I wish you a Good day!

She's showing you a lot of disrespect IMHO
If I remember right it was 'her' writing 'Lol' etc
What do you want to do??
I could not let this go without confronting it and putting an end to the very unkind way of treating you
If something isn't done it will continue
Would you consider couples therapy
If she won't work with you on healthy and respectful changes what do you want to do?
Sometimes when things feel this overwhelming, it can help to take a step back and let things settle a bit before reacting out of anger or hurt. I’ve found I see things more clearly when I give myself that space.
You deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope you’re able to find a way forward that brings you some peace and clarity.
