Family Issues Support Group
Family issues is a huge range that go from minor conflict to major misbehaviour and even abuse on the part of individual members of the family occur. Whether you feel you are in a dysfunctional family or you're dealing with a very specific issue, this is the place to talk about it and find others who might be going through the same thing.
I can only do so much. I can't fix things. It's so complicated. And I have to wait untill Monday to even begin. Some years ago moms former therapist said do not destroy myself cause of mom. I have learned to distance myself emotionally for the most part. But I have to help her when neccesary. She doesn't have anyone else. She is 89 years old. Lives in her own home. Very upset right now. Trying to cope and not fall apart right now. It's hard. Need some encouragement.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
Totally understand your position. Have been in it myself for decades. Just recently ended upon my Mothers death at 88yrs. (RIP)
There may be some aid for you in your area. Dept. o' Social Services may be able to hook you up with some help/ respite care. The stresses on the caretaker are being taken more seriously now.
